Singapore, 10 October 2018 – This festive season, be spoilt for choice at Park Hotel Clarke Quay with a four-course Festive Dinner at PORTA, or a Festive BBQ Buffet at Cocobolo Poolside Bar + Grill.
Available on 24 to 25, and 30 to 31 December from 6.30pm to 10.30pm, PORTA presents a hearty festive menu created exclusively by Executive Chef Alex Phan and his team. The decadent four-course menu has been creatively designed to ring in the Christmas and New Year celebrations.
Starting with plump sous vide scallops, PORTA’s festive menu eases into a classic bowl of French Onion Soup with cheese toast, beautifully crowned with sprinkles of Avruga caviar. Next, choose between a Beef Brisket sous vide for 12 hours and roasted to a smoky char, paired with red wine sauce or; an Atlantic Halibut confit, baked golden and paired with lemon butter sauce and herbed crust made from a secret selection of 6 different herbs and spices.
Priced at S$64++ per person, a festive feast isn’t complete without dessert, and guests can indulge in a fresh Banana caramelised for 12 hours, topped with vanilla ice cream and served with Victoria sponge and rum. Festive a la carte dishes are also available.
Poolside celebrations are taking place at Cocobolo from 21 to 24 and 28 to 31 December from 6.30pm to 10.30pm, where guests will be invited to sit back, relax and soak in the sunset by the iconic Singapore River. Priced at S$82++ per adult and S$41++ per child, guests will be treated to an extensive selection of seafood and meats including, lamb rack, pork belly and the Christmas classic, turkey and an array of festive desserts.
As an added bonus, diners on 31 December, from both venues, can enjoy complimentary access to the hotel’s New Year’s Eve Countdown Party, brimming with free-flowing beer, wines, cocktails and emcee appearance with games, and activities.
