FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. (October 26, 2018) – From Friday, November 2 to Sunday, November 4 during the 59th annual Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show, the SMG-managed Greater Fort Lauderdale / Broward County Convention Center will offer boat show attendees an enhanced guest experience with the Angler’s Hospitality Lounge, an exclusive luxury suite featuring first-class amenities and service.
“The Convention Center is one of the show’s most well-attended sites, featuring thousands of boats and products on display throughout the building,” said SMG’s Mark Gatley, general manager of the Convention Center. “With the Angler’s Hospitality Lounge, we’re adding another layer to the Convention Center’s many offerings, providing guests and exhibitors with the perfect place to relax with friends or entertain clients in comfort and style.”
The Angler’s Hospitality Lounge features a Key West-inspired tapas menu of fresh seafood, salads, sliders, desserts and cocktails in a private suite setting, giving guests an air-conditioned birds-eye view of the show.
Tickets to access the Angler’s Hospitality Lounge are available as an add-on to a general admission ticket. Each Angler’s Lounge pass includes two complimentary drink tickets, food offerings, beverage tastings, a premium cash bar and comfortable indoor seating overlooking the boat show.
