ATLAS PRESENTS: AN ENCHANTING VOYAGE INTO SCANDINAVIA WITH NEW BI-MONTHLY EXECUTIVE LUNCH SET
End the year on an elegant note at ATLAS with the brand new bi-monthly executive lunch menu inspired by the eclectic flavours of Scandinavia. Encompassing Denmark, Norway and Sweden in the Northern region of Europe, Executive Chef Daniele Sperindio presents eight new dishes that showcases the region’s rich heritage and unique culture. The new bi-monthly executive lunch set is available from Thursday, 1 November onwards.
Highlights from this new menu include smørrebrød rye bread with pickled herring, baby prawns and salmon mayo for starters, barley beetroot “risotto” topped with charred onions, berry vinegar and shoots for mains, and Nordic pancakes with honey-thyme ice cream, lingonberries and fennel for dessert. From a sophisticated business lunch to a restful respite from the hustle and bustle of Singapore, the ATLAS Executive Lunch offers a choice between two or three courses and a wine pairing option developed by Head Sommelier Lucas Liu for those looking to indulge. The executive lunch menu is available from 12.00pm to 2.30pm, Monday to Friday. Prices start from SGD38 for a choice of two courses or SGD48 for the full three-course meal. For those looking to indulge, the set lunch can be further elevated with Head Sommelier Lucas Liu’s specially curated wine pairings which are available for an additional SGD24 for two courses or SGD30 for three.
