Festive Set Menu and Cocktail
From 1 December to 31 December, Mitzo presents a hearty six-course festive set menu curated by Executive Chef Nicky Ng and his team, at S$128++. The celebratory menu features premium seafood and meat, creatively designed to redefine the Christmas and New Year celebrations in modern Cantonese style.
Available for both lunch and dinner, guests can look forward to indulging in treats such as the trio of appetisers, Crème orange prawn, Roasted pork served with bun and oyster in spring onion ginger. Before easing into a comforting bowl of Carrot broth with fish maw soup.
After which, relish in the tender Stir-fried wagyu beef with asparagus in honey pepper. Hearty and flavourful, the sweetness of the asparagus in honey pepper is perfectly balanced with the savoury beef.

Seafood lovers will delight in the Baked champagne cod fish in bonito sauce and the taste of succulent Braised Abalone Rice. For the grand finale, tuck into the chilled water cress jelly with berries granitas served with ice cream and paired with pistachio yam puff.
Wash the festive feast down with Mitzo’s specially created cocktail Christmas Cracker. This rum-based tipple consists of goji syrup, hibiscus rose tea and is topped with a chocolate cinnamon foam, bringing out the festive magic of the season.
Festive Enhanced Brunch Menu
On the weekends, further redefine the Christmas and New Year experience in Modern Cantonese style with exclusive enhanced brunch menus from 11.30 am to 2.30 pm at S$78++. Chef Nicky incorporates premium ingredients to spice up the year-end festive feastings, befitting of this jolly season.
Available on 22, 23 and 25 December, the Christmas enhanced brunch menu sees supreme dishes such as the Oyster with spicy osmanthus sauce, Oyster with spring onion, ginger & soya, and Oyster “Au Naturel” with lemon.
The New Year enhanced brunch menu features supreme dishes such as the Lobster claw stuffed with shrimp paste & sesame mayonnaise, Lobster claw stuffed with shrimp paste & tofu in black bean sauce, and Lobster claw stuffed with shrimp paste, pink ginger & spring onion, available on 29, 30 December and 1 January 2019.
Guests can also treat themselves to Mitzo’s usual specialities such as the Special barbecued pork, Shrimp & pork dumpling, Double-boiled soup a-la-Chef and Braised black pepper vermicelli with roasted pork.
BAR CANARY
