Celebrate Valentine’s Day at PORTA Fine Food & Import Company, Park Hotel Clarke Quay, as Executive Chef Alex Phan presents an exquisitely crafted 5-course Cupid Menu that is perfect for enjoying with loved ones.
Upon arrival, couples will be welcomed with a glass of Prosecco. The menu then begins with the delicate Smoked Trout, paired with an aphrodisiac legend – celeriac remoulade, topped with ikura and macadamia nuts. The menu then moves to a hot bowl of Sweet Corn Soup served with savoury chorizo and toasted focaccia bread that adds a delightful crunch to the creamy soup.
One of the highlights from the menu is the Hokkaido Scallops – a marine treasure that is closely associated with Venus, the ancient Roman goddess of love. This dish is presented with a classic aioli that has been infused with saffron and finished with watercress tossed with lemon dressing, bringing out the freshness of the scallops.

For mains, guests can either choose the fork-tender Beef Brisket served with a beautiful caramelised onion puree, wild mushroom, plated with a balanced red wine sauce, or the tender Pan Seared Cod with tomato cassoulet, French bean, garnished with aromatic basil.
End the meal with the Banana that has been caramelised for 12 hours, served with sweet vanilla ice cream, Victoria sponge and rum. This delightful dessert is light and packed with flavours, the ultimate treat to end the meal with.
