Dimensions Development Celebrates the Completion of a Multi-Million Dollar Hotel Renovation at Hyatt Regency Valencia
Hyatt Regency Valencia is owned by Southwest Value Partners (SWVP) and managed by Dimension Development. The construction/renovation project features a significantly enlarged lobby providing an upscale arrival experience, upgraded meeting space and redesigned guestrooms with minimalist flair.
The hotel’s 12,000 square feet of meeting space has been updated with energy-efficient lighting. Each indoor room features large ceilings with grand chandeliers and a plethora of natural lighting. Newly redesigned outdoor meeting space includes lush flower gardens, vine-covered terraces and manicured greens. All event space now includes full audio-visual equipment and a customizable catering menu.
Guestrooms have been refreshed with new mattresses, in-room safes, large work desks, ergonomic chairs, spacious bathrooms, upscale vanities with makeup mirrors, and new closets. Each room features minimalistic design with effortless style and comfort. Rooms and suites include the option to upgrade to a view or balcony facing the pool, golf course or mountains.
The hotel’s new restaurant, Greater Pacific, includes indoor and outdoor seating with contemporary décor with Asian and Californian influence bringing fresh fare well beyond the traditional restaurants in the area.
