The Appetiser section sees one of Mitzo’s current crowd favourite, Mitzo Premium Dim Sum Platter undergoing a refresh. The dish, which originally features two servings of Royal Shrimp Dumpling with Caviar, Shrimp and Pork Dumpling with Baby Abalone, sees a new addition of Steamed Dumpling with Shrimp, Scallop and Sea Urchin. This delectable starter is perfect for sharing with loved ones. Guests can also opt for the Mitzo Premium Starter Platter, which includes signature Mitzo Special Barbecue Pork, Prawn coated with Caviar Sesame Mayonnaise, Monkey Head Mushrooms with Salted Egg Yolk, and Lobster Claw in Cumin Sauce.
