Daisy Green Collection Launches New Dinner Menu in Soho
The Daisy Green Collection Launches a New Dinner Menu
at Scarlett Green in Soho
Ahead of summer barbeque season, the Daisy Green Collection is delighted to announce the launch of a new dinner menu at Scarlett Green in the heart of Soho. Centred around a fresh grilled array of meat and plant-based dishes that celebrate the best of Aussie BBQ culture, the imaginative offering is set to solidify the restaurant as a buzzing, must-visit destination from day through night.
Available every evening from 6pm, the new dinner menu reflects the best of the Daisy Green ethos, bringing together quality ingredients with bold flavours to create dishes inspired by Antipodean food culture. The menu focuses on healthy and innovative sharing dishes created using a custom-made Josper grill, complemented by an exciting array of small bites, savoury plates and indulgent desserts.
Hero dishes are destined to be the two Instagram-worthy specialty boards. Made to share between two or more people, they have each been cleverly created to embody the fun, laid-back nature of outdoor summer BBQs. The ‘Aussie BBQ Meat Board’boasts free-range lamb tomahawk sourced locally from HG Walter, the Collection’s famous 28 day dry-aged grass-fed onglet steak chargrilled at over 500 degrees, herb & fennel sausages, smoky BBQ back ribs and chimchurri. It is matched by the equally impressive ‘Bondi Vegan Sharing Board’ for plant-based eaters, which highlights the Collection’s refined and innovative plant-based offering with a colourful selection of a vegan bolognese stuffed pepper, shaved courgette, citrus & almond salad, fire-roasted aubergine, smoky BBQ tofu steak, and crispy wild rice salad.
Notable small dishes found elsewhere on the menu include the much-loved ‘Halloumi Fries’ with pomegranate mint yogurt; and the ‘Tuna Tataki’ with yellowfin tuna sashimi, tigers milk, sesame, soy, avocado and radish. For mains, guests can expect to enjoy the ‘Famous Chicken Parmigiana’ with panko-coated chicken schnitzel, prosciutto, tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella and parmesan, or the ‘Miso Black Cod’ with crispy rice, rainbow chard and aji Amarillo sauce. For those brave enough to finish on a sweet high, ‘Scarlett’s Josper Roasted Pineapple’ with lime syrup, shortbread crump and marcaspone is sure to delight, as will the ‘Birthday Bombe Bombe Alaska’ with Neopolitan parfait, torched meringue and sprinkles.
Behind Scarlett’s bar sits the capital’s largest Australian wine list, boasting over 24 Aussie wines by the glass (from £6), perfect for pairing with the menu. The venue’s skilled bartenders also knock out a host of superb innovative cocktails, whilst the tap list features top UK craft beers including the Organic Freedom lager in partnership with Freedom Brewery, who share a similar ethos on quality and sustainability.
Located at 4 Noel Street in the heart of Soho, the restaurant is inspired by Melbourne and Sydney café culture. In the evening, Scarlett shifts gear to a buzzing late-night bar and restaurant with live acoustic music upstairs from 4pm daily and DJ sets in the night. The welcoming relaxed atmosphere is set against huge bespoke artworks aimed at bringing back some of the glamour of the Soho of old, courtesy of a 20-foot mural by Paul Robinson and original pieces by artists Oli Epp, Louise Dear and Shuby.
