Renowned Hong Kong brand Duddell’s will be celebrating Wimbledon at their London Bridge outpost with the arrival of their limited-edition ‘Wimbledon Special’ Eton Mess and Imperial Spritz cocktail, available for £15 exclusively from Monday 1st to Sunday 14th July.
Getting into the spirit of the world-renowned tournament, Duddell’s will be offering their own Asian twist on the quintessential British favourite, the Eton Mess, made up of blueberry meringue pieces, ginger-marinated strawberries and finished off with an indulgent Yuzu cream. Perfect to be enjoyed after a meal or as a sweet bar snack, the dessert is paired with the ‘Imperial Spritz’ cocktail, a fusion of Pimms No.1, Chinese black tea, old barrel bitters and prosecco that gives a special nod to British summer time.
The Eton Mess and Imperial Spritz Cocktail package will be available from Monday 1st to Sunday 14th July for £15.

Berners Tavern
For Wimbledon 2019, Berners Tavern at The London EDITION has concocted a very special tennis themed desert in celebration of the world-famous tournament. In fitting with Wimbledon’s very English roots, the desert is made with British summertime favourites Strawberries and cream, whipped mascarpone, white chocolate and pistachio.
The Wimbledon desert is available with Berners Tavern’s set menu (Available all-day Monday and Tuesday, and lunchtime Wednesday – Thursday) from July 1st for the month.
